Collaborations with Local Councils and Volunteer Training

Objectives and activity description

The town of Santa Pola, through its Local Development Agency, and also with the collaboration of the Municipal Office of volunteerism, collaborated during summer of 2010 with LIFE CUBOMED. Thanks to the help of the group of volunteers who participated in the training sessions, many samples were collected at several beaches of Sta. Pola which contributed to the study and monitoring the Carybdea marsupialis population in the area.
